Upon receiving the beautiful tote, it was encased in a black protective bag, then wrapped in hot pink tissue paper, with a surprise darling gift also individually wrapped in more hot pink tissue paper! The personalization of a note in hot pink marker was over the top and appreciated. Excellent customer service and true personalized marketing and a lovely tote. Thank you!

I’m always worried about when companies advertise on Facebook etc. I wonder if they are legit. This company is! The bag is exactly as it looks in the photo. Nice quality canvas/fabric and it’s holds a lot of stuff! Super fast shipping I had it the next day after ordered. I’ll probably order another at some point! Thank you!
