Very disappointing quality. The backpack constantly pops open, the hardware broke, straps needed extra holes, and customer support never replied.

Very high quality backpack, only complaint is that the shoulder strips are too long, and I’m going to have to ask a tailor or some craftsman to help me adjust it. Love the product and good service, 10/10.
