Swan prescription goggles have been a game changer for me. Without them I wouldn’t have the confidence in the water. I have just swum the Serpentine (2 miles) in them. They didn’t leak at all and gave great visibility.

Good fit. The choice of nose pieces was very useful. Split band keeps them nice and tight. Such a relief to be able to see while i swim
