Here’s a polished, factual review you could post: I placed an order for a hat in late June. On July 2, I contacted the company after receiving a delivery notification, even though the hat had not actually arrived. Since then, we’ve exchanged several emails, and each time I’ve been told they are still looking into the matter. As of July 15, I still have not received my order or a resolution. While they have responded to my emails, the issue remains unresolved after several weeks. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company until they improve their order fulfillment and customer service.
