This is a very informative book that would benefit any woman experiencing pelvic problems or who just want to be informed. Kim has spent many years working out the most beneficial exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor which don't require a lot of time from your day. I recommend this book.

Very thorough and professional description of pelvic floor problems--I especially like reading people's own stories, and I appreciate the photos
of the exercises so I can remember how to do them.

I just started reading 'Your Pelvic Floor' book. Also skimmed through the book too. Been very busy with family, summer, diet and exercise too. Planning on continuing reading and have time for myself for the fun stuff. Doreen
