The Demi - Cognac Nappa

Very, very dissapointed. The flats lack structure, are too loose and the ribbon does not help adjusting. It is a pity. I have always been happy with your products, since 2016, when I discovered your brand in New York.

Great but!

I recently purchased the Margaux Demi flats and I’m so impressed. The leather is beautiful and they broke in quickly — much faster than I expected from a quality flat. I did initially order the wrong size, but the exchange process was incredibly seamless. I returned my pair on a Friday and had my new size in hand by Tuesday. That kind of turnaround from a shoe brand is rare and really speaks to how much they value their customers.

Very painful

The shoes are very narrow. I have a very standard foot size and pretty consistent the same size/width. The toe box feels extremely tight in these shoes and the band under the bow dug into the tops of my feet. The shoes hurt and not in a just need to break in way. In a “my feet are so sore with minimal walking” way. After a work day wearing them walking on carpet and mainly sitting, my feet have never hurt more, especially in the heal. I’ve only wore them once because I’m dreading wearing them again because it made my feet hurt too bad. I’m very disappointed in these shoes and will be purchasing from elsewhere in the future.
