I decided to return the unit. The return process was more complicated than I would have liked. After multiple attempts to contact the company (used the return request form on the website), I received a response a week later and was told all my communication had ended up in a spam folder. I had begun to think they were ghosting me. Once communication was established, the company was able to help me with the return.

I ordered this for an overseas trip as I've been going into anaphylaxis with various scents and was concerned about the plane ride and our accommodations. I'd ordered 2-3 weeks before our trip but the first machine was lost in the mail so the company overnighted a replacement to me, which arrived a few hours before we left. Thank goodness too, as it's literally been a lifesaver on this trip! Wonderful machine. I'll be highly recommending it to friends.
