Service not item

This review is about the space store customer service, not the item. I began calling and emailing the day I received the item for a return. The customer service number goes to a voicemail, where I have, to date, left 27 messages asking for return instructions with no reply. In addition, I have followed the link to email the space store and have sent 18 emails, with one response email that the store was moving and would be in a blackout period for a week. That week has passed and I am back on leaving voicemails and emails to try and get any response to return my item. This has been going on for 3 weeks with a single response to my requests. I will began again today leaving multiple voicemails and sending emails until I get a response. Misty Skinner Order # 60870
