Absolutely love the quality and design of it. But the size is too large and they did not provide any tools or steps for customers to remove links by themself, so I have to go remove the links at local jewelry shop. Otherwise I have to ship it back to them “again” so that they can remove it for me. Moreover, customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
