PRP Block Brace Reseal Kit

Block Brace resell kit

Expected to get the oil pickup seal O ring (which is pictured) as well as the long external rind seal but not included and not sure why I got some many of the replacement countersunk bolts? There are 13 required for the inner part of the brace but I got many more than that! And none of the smaller countersunk bolts that go around the outer edge of the brace? Bit confused!
