The DRS Mini Race Handlebar is a 6061-T6 aluminium race bar, 22" (560mm) wide with 2.5" (65mm) of rise.
It runs no crossbar, has a knurled clamp area for the stem to bite into, and weighs 290g.

I was chasing a bar to fit on my daughter’s first pedal bike with a 22.2 mm clamp that kept her in a similar position to her balance bike. These were perfect - a nice shape and an added bonus of being much lighter than the original bars.
