The items ordered were okay overall - I used for a week, saw no noticeable difference and went back to my routine using The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid and slugging with Cetaphil - it achieves the same results without the disappointment of your customer service. As a Cosmetic surgery nurse anesthetist, I will not recommend to any of my friends following procedures. What was really terrible is the false promotion - I was promised extra triple bean essence to incentivize purchase and I never received it. I followed up with your Customer Service and "Cess" acknowledged it, replied, but never got back with me after several follow ups. It's fraudulent and false advertising, and you have misspellings in this review request and the bullet selections don't work properly. I will be including all of this in my reviews on tik tok and yahoo. This just shows this corporate culture is not one of customer service or excellence.

Too expensive for what it does which isn’t much.
