Great device

I love the ecoflow delta pro ultra I runs most of my house during the most expensive time of the day. I wish it could run more devices when it is charging from 240v power without having an error code up and turn the charging power off. Other than that it’s a great product.

Communication and delivery

Firstly EcoFlow obviously despatched the order in a timely fashion as, in the main, it was received in good time. Communication - received (between EcoFlow, Allied Express & Aust. Post) a total of 44 emails. For whatever reason 4 cartnotes were made out for 4 items when 1 cartnote would have sufficed; consequently for every movement of those 4 items I received 4 emails from the relevant parties. Delivery - As mentioned received in good time. However both Battery cartons had "This Side Up" stickers on them which the delivery driver was completely oblivious to as he turned these cartons on end and side while looking for information. I hope no internal damage was done to the batteries. I think he was probably sub-contract as he drove a rented van. He was personable and polite. Australia Post - 2 smaller packages sent, presumably at the same time, arrived a day apart the latter of which was thrown over the fence. No apparent damage.
