2 Backpacks 1 Free Leg Bag

I ordered the kit above and it didnt come with a hydration kit in the backpack as stated and the leg bag (the main reason i purchased it" refuses to connect to my phone. I have tried all the trouble shooting recommendations on line and still refuses. The backpacks worked as discribed and have gotten a lot of attention. I emailed nyan a week ago stating I would wait for their solution before writing a review. I have yet to get a response after more than a week. I am disappointed. I also wish they made a screen protector for the leg bag because it is a high gloss finish and at the level where it gets hit on everything and i know it will get scratched. The leg bag seems like great quality. The backpacks seem light and would not with stand a lot of wait very long. I also wish the anti slap clip for the chest strap was mad differently. Because it only restricts about half the strap so you still get slapped by it.

Well i got my leg bag but not my backpacks so i messged them to ask what happened. Something happened with packing slips which can happen i totally get running a buissness sometimes things happen....these guys are amazing, they upgraded our bags and are sending some free stuff for the hiccup they had....best customer service ever!!!! I am definitely going to be buying from these guys again!!!

loved the backpack and side bag found the water bladder and a battery bank in the second back pack. 10/10 would order again when needed
