Great Camera, company good to deal with and responded with some enquiries promptly. Easy installation following supplied instructions. The only downside was the brightness of the LED status lights, nothing some black electrical tape didnt easily fix. Easy connectivity and basic app use. Highly recommend.

Hi Drive Vision, Can you pls accept the return of the camera I purchased recently as my car is not compatible with a 12V cam.There is nothing else I could do with it.Your email said as the plastic seal is opened you can not accept a return pls note a plastic seal NEVER existed in the package I received. Maybe its a used one you sent by mistake. As a solution you suggested to gift this to someone , how do you know.if I can afford an expensive gift like a dash cam?? & it was purely because you wanted to wipe your hands.Pls dont put customers in this position. For the people who plan to buy from these guys DON'T PLAN TO RETURN if something is not right as they ll come up with some reason to avoid it.

We had an issue with the first front camera ,however we needn’t have worried Drive Vision we’re absolutely amazing, their communication was second to none and after a couple of trial and errors to work out the problem we were advised to return the unit at their cost and after examine the unit , they replaced it and we received the new one within a matter of a few days . The replacement camera is now working perfectly and we couldn’t be happier . Other companies need to follow Drive vision by example .
