The taste is so wonderful - customer service, not great.

The taste is so, so lovely. I have written to the company several times with no response regarding: what do you do after you open the package and they get soggy. How can I crisp them up again. Still waiting to see if there is a remedy.

We've only tasted this flavor so far and wow oh wow these raspberry coated cookies are spectacular! I look forward to trying the other flavors!
