I absolutely love the Grunt EVO. It is amazing off road. I have an Ultra Bee by Sur Ron and it is also a great bike however the stability of the Grunt makes riding a breeze and being so planted to the ground helps me feel secure when riding!

Super slooow order processing

Placed an order on a Sunday evening thinking it would ship out Monday, Tuesday at the latest. Nope. Thur I got an email saying that order was flagged and they needed to verify my order info, even though my bill to and ship to were the same, the address matched, cvv matched. Weird, but I don't fault Volcon for that part. I do however think it is atrocious to take 4 business days to reach out to a customer about it however. After I verified the order as requested, Thur I was hopeful it would ship the following day. Wrong again. It didn't ship out until the following Tuesday. This is ridiculous processing time for an in stock item like I ordered. Terrible experience. You guys need to fix your unreasonably slow order processing times.
