Fine whole wheat flour is ... fine, very fine

It's fine in several ways. Milled fine enough to use in goods you don't want anyone to realise that it's made with all whole wheat. Yes, there are still people out there that think whole wheat is awful and stodgy. Fine enough to use in making a bread and still have a good rise to the dough with just a small amount of unbleached white flour added. I am loving it!
