Great flour, we use it all the time to bake black bread

High quality flour, authentic. The grain is coursely ground and makes the most delicious loaf of bread, pumpernickel and rye. I run a bakery and highly recommend this.

Contents did not match the bag
It had a much finer grind than the coarse Pumpernickel style it usually has. It still tastes great, but I hate how it sticks to the hands. The actual Pumpernickel meal does not do that.
