Corn Meal Launch
The coarse Corn Meal makes it much easier to launch my pizzas off the wooden pizza peel; however I have deluded the Course corn meal with regular grind Corn Meal; 3/5ths Coarse to 2/5ths Regular Corn meal, so the flavor doesnt impede into my pizza
