short sleeves than expected

Coat fits good at shoulders but sleeves run shorter that expected as it will show my watch on my wrist. Multi pocket section on the right is nice for my needs as i like to separate stuff in the respective shared pocked. No inside the jacket pocket ... if so it would be perfect with sleeves about 1-1/4" longer

Ordered custom embroidery and it came blank. Left me in a time crunch trying to figure it out on my own. Lab coat is cheaply made.
