Looks fantastic but base plate doesn't last

We got a couple of these nameplates back in April. Now, in July, Rivendell is so faint it doesn't look lit up at all. The others we purchased have the same issue. Not worth the money spent.

Looks fantastic but base plate doesn't last

We got a couple of these nameplates back in April. Now, in July, Rivendell is so faint it doesn't look lit up at all. The others we purchased have the same issue. Not worth the money spent.
