MakerMade M2 CNC Machine (2025), Standard Model

Product arrived delivery wise fine. However the product doesnt function as it should. The control module had issues right out of the box. I attempted to follow the proper procedures to reflash the control module and the degice still didnt function. I then oppened up a support ticket and was schedule for a zoom with a rep. The rep emailed me saying I was next in line for the zoom call and then blew me off and didnt show up to the call and didnt respond till the next day and then pretended as if the zoom call for troubleshooting was the next day yet in his own email chain had made the zoom call for the previous day. Not impressed. Will be returning and purchasing a different brand cnc.

Shipped fast. Assembly took about 2 hours (just the M2). I still habe to build the frame (extra cost), and calibrate. Im excited for the 4x8 size and all that the setup can do.
