took to long to come in. didnt give me a refund before they shipped. works but its so mid its not bright

Completely didnt work

Shipping took longer than expected, but I hoped the quality would be worth it. Unfortunately, the provided adapter didn’t work. I tried to reach customer service, but their email inbox was constantly full. When I finally got through, I was told the adapter was correct. I ended up buying two more adapters for over $40, but the light still wouldn't work. Now, reaching customer service is difficult again because the mailbox is full. I was asked to send a video showing the issue, but we can't send it because of the full inbox. This situation has dragged on for too long, and I'm quite frustrated. Even if a resolution occurs, I wouldn’t recommend this company due to their poor customer service.
