A wonderful sample

Overall this was a good first sample in my opinion. I am by no means an expert in hats and embroidery at all, so take this with a grain of salt. Three things I like: I love the structure of the hat, I really appreciate the embroidery on 3/4 of the designs but very high quality overall as far the embroidery goes, and the brim the hat is sturdy and holds it shape. Three things I do not like: the embroidery of the lion does not read exactly how I anticipated from the proof that was shown to me (this may be due to the design itself the lines may be too think on too small of a design to have fine detail especially in the face; particularly in the face - I can actually appreciate the rest of the lion design, detail just gets lost in the face. The second is the hat overall is very lightweight, this isnt necessarily bad, I just imagined a thicker fabric that it would be made of like a canvas cotton rather than just a thin cotton. Finally, as much as I like the compromise of the front logo, I do wish more colors could have been used, or at least if it was kept to these two colors that it could have been raised a bit more like the side designs. Again I am no expert in embroidery, these are just my thoughts. Thank you so much for your time, help and effort, I can tell you put a lot in.

It’s a great hat just not perfect. It’s too tall for my liking however, everything else besides the height of the hat was perfect. The customer service was superior and it arrived quickly! I would’ve given 5 stars if weren’t for the height. Definitely recommend this company.
