I was forced to cancel my order for this toy because the customs clearance fees turned out to be five times more expensive than the toy itself. This situation is completely unacceptable for several reasons: Financial Loss: What makes this even worse is that the store does not offer refunds for the product. It is a trap where you either pay an absurd tax or simply lose your money. Lack of Transparency: The total cost, including all duties, should be clear from the start. A customer shouldn't be blindsided by bureaucratic fees that dwarf the actual price of the product. Poor Logistics Planning: If trade barriers make a product’s price logic-defying in a specific region, the seller should either include those costs in the final check or stop shipping to that country altogether. Bottom line: Be extremely careful. You risk losing your money entirely due to hidden "customs traps." The seller needs to provide the full landed cost at checkout or update their refund policy.
