Had 1st machine break out of warranty. Customer service was willing to provide loyalty credit for new purchase. That was a nice gesture. New machine works great. Only downside is nuggets slightly smaller. Closer to crushed ice. Otherwise, machine works great, good supply, easier to clean than prior version, I’d recommend.

This is our latest Euhomy nugget ice maker. In our option, it is by far the best. We have learned a few things having had other ones. Apparently, our water is hard on these machines. Not say you have to, but we have started using distilled water and we are very happy with the produced product! The support we have received from Euhomy Has been truly Outstanding!
