Friendly. Helpful. Quick. Right.
They spent some quality time on the phone explaining who they are and what they do as we get back into the world of t-shirts after a decade hiatus. Received an order and sent it in for printing. We asked a critical question upon submission and received an answer from them where we were able to correct and resubmit, saving us time and money. End user was thrilled at the quick turnaround and stellar results. We look forward to a solid partnership!

Fantastic quality
Great turnaround time, and great quality. My only complaint is that when I look back on my orders I can’t tell what is what. Can you use a thumbnail of the image ordered rather than your image?. I order quite a bit and sometimes it’s hard to keep track of it all. I’d love to be able to look back at my orders and see the prices along with the actual images I ordered.

Awesome customer service and amazing turnaround time.
Backroad Graphx has superior turnaround time. I have never been late on an order and all my orders have been top-notch quality.
