The new summer cookies are delicious! I did not expect to like the earl grey cookie as much as I did since I’m not too fond of the tea. It did have a subtle flavor but balanced. The yuzu matcha was great. A perfect combination that works well together. Needless to say, I like it way more than the regular matcha cookie. Last my definitely not least, the macadamia nut cookie is simple but effective. It’s my favorite nut and this cookie delivers. Awesome contrast with the white chocolate ganache.
Cookies arrived on a hot day and the envelope and ice packs were no match for the heat BUT the cookies were fine. They were placed in the freezer for a while and were perfectly fine.
