Unbelievable Company with outstanding consistant quality!!!
I just bought a IPhone 16 pro w/512gb (excellent condition) & it is amazingly as good as the IPhone 12 Pro (excellent condition) that I purchased in November 2023 from Plug! The only reason I bought another was because that my grandson wanted a cell phone, so I bought another for me from Plug & we gave him mine, again Plug did not disappoint me! Needless to say, I probably will be looking for another IPhone from Plug for my wife for Mother’s Day but in the 1 TB & will give hers to our granddaughter!

So much better than competitors
It's exactly what I expected. I ordered the same phone from a competitor who has independent refurbishers fulfill orders. The phone I ordered from them was in "excellent" condition, per the website. It arrived with a large visible scratch on the screen. How was that possible? It was a hassle to return. Never again.
