Great value for money

I ordered this jacket twice in the same size (S/10): 1st - Absolutely great quality the fur on the hood was so plush and thick I keep stroking it like an animal. My friend loved it and wanted one for herself. I kept this jacket...obviously. lol. 2nd - This was disappointing. The leather quality was not as great. The jacket was too small despite being the same size and the fur was cheap and horrible. I returned this jacket. I contacted the store by phone as return details were not clear. The gentleman on the phone was really polite and apologetic. Unfortunately I had to cover the cost of return. But I was refunded immediately after they received the returned jacket. I will buy again from this website in the hope that my next experience is as good as the first.
