HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT WRONG ITEM PROMISED TO SEND NEVER DID. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. SHIPPING ALSO IS NOT PROMPT EXPECT TO WAIT MONTH OR MORE. SHE DID GIVE PARTIAL REFUND. NOT SURE IF PRODUCT WORKS YET BEEN USING 2 MOS PRETTY CONSISTENTLY 4 TIMES A WEEK ...NO RESULTS YET. CAN'T SAY I WOULD RECOMMEND SINCE GOT WRONG ITEM AND NEVER GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND WAS TREATED RUDELY AND SO FAR NO RESULTS BUT SURE IT TAKES TIME SO HOPING IT WAS WORTH THE HASSLE IN THE END!

I received my order in a timely manner. Actually quicker than expected. Packaging was top notch. I expected leaking but there was none at all. I haven’t used it yet. I ordered my second one before I even received my first one so my husband can have his own. Excited to see my hair flourish!
