STITCH AND HUE ICYCOOL™ HANDHELD COOLING FAN

These fans DO NOT COOL ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT IS ADVERTISED. I tried using them in Rome, Italy. My partner and I carried one each during a long walk around the Colloseum and they did not keep us cool at all. I would like my money back. I purchased 4 of them and planned to give 3 of them away to friends and relatives, but since they don't work as advertised, I want a full refund.

I took my fan to Orlando and on day one, it stopped working correctly. The metal plate stopped being cold-it actually became hot, and the fan only would work on the lowest speed setting (it wouldn’t allow me to click any higher, it just turned off). For how expensive this fan is, I was incredibly unhappy.

I ordered two fans for the price I paid. When I received the order, there was only one fan. I contacted Stitch and Hue to inquire and this was their response: Thanks for getting in touch. Please reference the attachment for your order confirmation, it appears you have only purchased one fan when checking out. With regards to your quantity issue, this can happen if the promo code is removed at checkout e.g. when checking out using 'SHOP Pay' which affects the payment method and storefront, and altering the price to retail e.g. $69.99 - this is shown by the absence of a discount code on your invoice. Very disappointed! I will not be purchasing through that company and will not use Shop unless necessary. The fan is just ok. Another disappointment.
