Showcase 100+ Deck Box

I ordered 5 showcase boxes and 4 were perfect. This pink one however was not. I’m submitted pictures of the fabric being pulled on the edge and the dried glue drip showing on the top on the see through window, there’s also scratches on the plastic as if this deck box was used. The other 4 cases I purchased did not come like this. The box the pink one came in also looked like it had been roughly opened. The inside top portion of the window is pushed down and the glue is detached. I emailed their service email and they denied reviewing my email. I guess nothing i can do but review this in every platform possible ao other people can beware.
