Incorrect Monogram

The hat was beautiful and very well made, however I was a little disappointed that my monogram instructions were not followed. I intentionally wanted a lower case letter as the first letter and wrote it this way on my order but upon receiving it, I saw that the first letter of my daughter’s name was capitalized. With her due date so close, I didn’t have to time to reach out and make any changes. Overall, beautiful brand and quality - I just wish it came as ordered.
