Great Bag- faulty zips

This bag looks great. Has additional pockets inside lower compartment which is very useful. However quality of zip inside the lower pocket was poor. Also, the main top pocket zip was melted into the fabric and didn't open past 2/3rds of the way. Somebody is not doing quality checks on this product as it was easily identified from.jusy looking at bag.
