Love this mascara topper ...
I just LOVE this mascara topper! Great invention, use your FAV mascara first, let that dry, then apply the topper. It is a thinner product than the mascara for a reason, so you can sweep it over your mascara, from base to tip of lashes, with less difficulty. I suppose you can add more than one layer but I do not because I'm very satisfied with the sparkle & shifty effect I get with one application. Very satisfied with this product 😊
