Ethiopia, Origins - Washed

Can you share the roast level on the coffee (light medium dark) that will be a nice addition for me to better pick the best coffee for my plate

Tasty as an espresso but not as long black as it looses it body

Once again, Methodical has given me a wonderful experience. This coffee, in particular, very much scratches my itch for more “traditional” flavors while still appealing to my preference in bold notes. This washed Ethiopian coffee is very good, if a little lacking in character. It has a rich body while still allowing some acidity to peek through. It’s perfect, however, for a morning cup of coffee to start the day off right. Thanks, Methodical!
