Somehow addicted
The taste is good (but not amazing), and for some reason I can’t stop drinking this. Mix it just with water every day and must make a difference because I keep going back for more like I NEED it.

Great for PP
I have been using this for lactation support and it has been great. Highly recommend to stay hydrated and to make sure you are taking care of yourself

PP Must-Have
I ordered this as part of my post partum/new mom/bf routine and still use it a year later. I actually think it makes my skin look better. I like that the taste is subtle and not super strong or sugary like some other electrolyte packets can be.
