Well designed, except....

These are a good design. They make the headlamp seem effortless once you get them adjusted correctly. Adjustment isn't really easy, but you'll figure it out. The EXCEPT is this is the third set of straps (second bracket) I've had on this headlamp. The elastic dries out and gives up pretty early for such a premium headlamp.
