Doesn’t trigger my iks

So I’ve got a few iks, some are texture ie grit or slimy, then there’s the side taste of things, then there’s the main flavor profile & then there’s the gale force winds that come with most protein supplements. This is the first meal replacement that doesn’t have any of those things for me. No thunder guts. No rank tastes, no texture to weird me out of my meal. I definitely struggle to get my protein in and I try to do it with food. Im always way short of my target. But I think im getting closer Love it.

Very FULfilling

I found the meal replacement very filling. I had it in coconut milk and the flavour was great. I also put my mango flavoured True greens in it.
