Great product, terrible shipping

Let me preface this by saying the product performs well. This is my second time ordering from here, however, the shipping speed has got to improve. Even with knowing that there is a delay in shipping, my product still did not move timely. I sent an email to follow up and they said it was going out the next day on a Friday. I checked back in with the company when it initially did not move on Friday and never got a response when asked for an update. It took another week to get a shipping label created. All in all, it took well OVER 3 weeks to receive a $200 order that was partially a gift to someone that was too late to give them as they had traveled back home by the time the order was received.
