Custom Metal Portrait

This was great! My wife loved it for her 5th wedding anniversary gift! I wish I would have known that the frame for it wasn't an actual frame. I didn't purchase that with mine and thought I could use a regular frame. I would definitely recommend this to others!

As far as the art work goes I couldn't be much happier. My only problem was within 20 minutes of me hanging my picture the screws ripped out of the frame and the picture fell. There also was a mount on the frame for it to be hung horizontally or vertically. For as much money as we spend on these I thought they shouldn't have mounts to be hung either way. After all our pictures were made to only be held one way. I will say customer service was quick to send a new frame. We'll see if it's going to be any better still though. Clifford Howard

We ordered a print as a 10-year anniversary present for our daughter and son-in-law. It's beautiful and they love it. I would caution anyone ordering, however, to look ahead a month or more when ordering if you can. I didn't realize they use a maximum 15 business day shipping window, so when you include weekends or holidays it can reach a month. It was just under a month for us and so we missed giving it on the anniversary date. I will say that Marlin in customer service was very responsive, and I know nothing about the process involved in making these prints, but the timeframe seems quite long.
