Smudge and fallout :(
Jury's still out -- I've used this eyeliner a few times so far and I really like the color, but it's smudging and causing some fallout. I'm going to try it one more time before I decide to return because I really want to love it.

The 5 stars didn't light up like they were suppose to but I love both products.
The matt powder and the brown cake eye liner.
