Soocas NEOS II electric toothbrush with water flosser

I like the 2 in 1.. its definitely different system.. i thought it would be more directive like a water flossing pic so I am not sure how the flossing part works ? does water semi running around the teeth work as flossing ?

Not great value for money there are cheaper options that work as well

I love it, though somsetimes it's hard to get the water part to dispense the water
