If a piece of English literature ever gets adapted into film, there's a chance Lawrence Olivier already appeared in the definitive version.

The best adaptation of this Austen classic
Greer Garson shines and Laurence Olivier pouts in this glorious MGM adaptation of Jane Austen's beloved novel. The supporting cast are all wonderful, with Mary Boland (Mrs Bennett) a hilarious standout.
The restoration by Warner Archive is (as usual) stunning. I can't imagine this film ever looking better than it does here.
