Hidden costs everywhere.

They lure you in with lower costs. After you make payment, they informed you there are going to be 'possible' add-on costs. The leadtime is way longer than any other supplier. After agreeing on the add-on cost, they switch the product without communicating with us and invoiced another bill. Administration process is a mess too. There is no system. Not happy with the whole process
