Damaged jacket

My order arrived quickly but on opening found it to be damaged the pocket flap wasn't stitched down, there were loose threads & was a rip beside the pocket. Responded quickly to my email & offered £10 off if i was to keep the item as it was which is abit laughable really. Chose to return it which was free & easy to do. Now waiting on a replacement which I'd prefer or a repair if it was not noticeable & possible. Been waiting a week since return for whatever outcome it is to be so far.
