Mud\wtr is not exactly as described as far as energy and focus. It actually makes me a little sleepy. I like the warmth (hot latte) going down and the flavor and enjoy the experience overall.

incredible high quality product that does what is says it will donwhen consistently taken. however it is expensive as things that ae made of such rare and or higher quality ingredients tend to be.
