No one can hear you complain in space

They sent the wrong hat. Wrong color and size. I returned it, paid for the return shipping. Emailed them about an exchange for the hat I ordered. Radio silence. Now they are asking for me to review a hat I never received.

Did not receive the Cap

I bought both th3 NASA Legacy Hat and the NASA Worm Logo Twill Cap. Sadly I only received the legacy hat, and even though I wrote several times to ask about the failed delivery but never got a response
